Very pleasant setting. Leanne greets you at the door and in my case, I had a facial by Susan, the best facial I’ve had ever. Products and ingredients were explained to me in layman terms at the start of the massage. You are free to ask any questions but for me, I found it so relaxing. Susan has a special touch with her hands so now I am a regular customer. Susan, being the owner, is very conscious that you enjoy your experience.
We had such a fantastic experience with BC Granite & Quartz Countertops. Ours was definitely not a simple install — a renovation with tricky angles, tight corners, and a countertop with lots of veining to match. They absolutely nailed it. The joints are so clean they’re almost invisible, and the final product looks flawless.
The team was incredibly easy to work with, fast, professional, and clearly take real pride in their craftsmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

They are people of vision who can see possibilities that you might not have considered, and they have the knowledge and resources to turn visions into reality. They can help source materials and often can recommend suppliers and trades that have both expertise and good pricing. Kelly and Phil are good communicators and easy to work with; they are also just very nice people. Their business is a great asset to Vancouver Island and I am glad they have chosen to move here. Lillyanna is an incredible stylist. My once curly hair had been straight for many years due to the haircuts I had received. After only one cut my curls are back. She knows how to compliment your face with the cuts she gives. I highly recommend Lillyanna.

I was looking for a place in my new Qualicum, BC area and didn’t have easy access for having immediate transportation, as I can’t drive, it was a bit of a tricky place to find. When I finally found this place, and go the services I wanted, it was done to my liking. She did a good job, but I think if I had to come back for Something else to do for my hair, I will have to be careful because for me things in comparison to my living in Alberta for so many years, that this may be done not as often as I would like. As for the service she gave to me - I’d recommend it because for the price I’d paid I would come back if and when I’d need it. Good haircut.

I highly recommend this company. We have a new home and new wood burning stove that has been causing us problems. ie. Smoke city in the house! They gave me great advice over the phone about balancing the negative pressure in the house before lighting the fire. Open the stove glass door and the nearest window/door for 5 minutes before lighting the fire. And they came and did an inspection to check it out and found 2 dead birds in the chimney. :( Absolute 10/10!

Susan has been amazing to work with. I started a bathroom renovation thinking it would be fairly straightforward, but we quickly discovered the toilet had been leaking and the project became much bigger than expected. Susan was there every step of the way helping guide me through it, answering questions, and making sure we found the right solutions. Renovations can be overwhelming when surprises pop up, but having someone like Susan in your corner makes all the difference. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her and her team.
Truck broke down Christmas eve almost at closing. They scanned the truck for what the issue was. Notified me. Parts ordered and truck repaired first thing the following Mon. Great shop.

This well-designed golf course is in a great location, has well-maintained fairways and absolute carpet greens, a driving range, putting green and restaurant on site. I spent the afternoon here with family and enjoyed the entire course. Great job Pheasant Glen staff !!
