Beautiful and cozy space to gather and practice. I’ve only done the pranayam classes but I’m always recommending this place to everyone I know. Such knowledgeable teachers and it’s amazing that we’re greeted with our names, which truly makes it feel like a community even for the few classes I’ve had the chance of attending.

I have practiced yoga for 30 years in Vancouver and studied kundalini yoga with Yogi Bhajan when he was alive and also many different Indian masters. I have to say that this is one of the very best studios I have ever been to in my life. Engle breathwork is beyond amazing with no words to describe a truly gifted teacher and Teresa and all the other teachers are dedicated and fully dedicated to helping people and committed to the practice of yoga . This is the studio to choose whether in person or come online!!!

Quaint, comfortable studio with lots of natural light. Incredible atmosphere and Kevin was an amazing instructor. I took a “Rest & Restore” class and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more rested and restored.
