Wonderful service - on time, polite, helpful. Our worker did the job quickly but thoroughly. He left us 'booties' and told us not to walk on the carpets until the next day. We included a finishing protectant for our carpets because we have an elderly cat. There was a slight dampness and a light smell - but nothing extreme or worrying. The products used were Eco-friendly. I would recommend SaniTech Mid Island to my friends and family.
