Truck broke down Christmas eve almost at closing. They scanned the truck for what the issue was. Notified me. Parts ordered and truck repaired first thing the following Mon. Great shop.

Truck broke down on the highway on a long weekend. I phoned Chuck's & said I suspected it was the alternator. We talked diagnostics & they ordered the alternator when I first called so that it might arrive by the time my truck was towed. We got to Chuck's 30 minutes before close & 30 minutes later we had a truck with an alternator repaired/back on the road! They went above & beyond. We were very grateful to be able to continue on our road trip. Thank you to the team at Chuck's!
