Great service - very kind and helpful
About Okanagan Home Centre
Okanagan Home Centre is known for its friendly and professional service. Customers have praised the staff, particularly mentioning Jayce and Cody, for their helpfulness and expertise. The business is highly recommended for purchasing hot tubs and gas fireplaces.
One customer experienced a hot tub emergency on Christmas Eve and found Okanagan Home Centre to be the only shop open. The staff went above and beyond to help the customer find a solution, saving them from a potentially costly repair and a ruined Christmas. While the customer couldn't speak to the quality of the products, they were deeply grateful for the staff's kindness and willingness to help.

What a great experience yesterday. Bought a CR Plastics lounger on a big sale at 3:00. The lounger was delivered to our new house in Penticton by 4:00 same day at no charge. Will definitely buy more patio furniture from this fine store. Outstanding service.
