We came home to find a major water issue in our home from a failed appliance. After dealing with insurance I received a call from Brittany Martin, a Project Manager from BELFOR within 10 minutes. She was onsite within 30 minutes and her first team member within 15. Her entire team was onsite and responding within 40 minutes.
For my wife and I this was such a relief, the water source was contained and we had this amazing team taking charge and reducing our stress almost immediately. Two years ago we used Belfor Nanaimo to replace our water damaged wood flooring in our kitchen/living/dining room after the water line to our fridge started leaking. It was a major restoration job and we were so pleased just how well everything turned out.
When we planned to do a master bed/bath reno, I contacted Peter Lindkvist to see if he would be the contractor for our renovation job. Since our previous experience with Belfor, we had the utmost faith with Peter and his crew at Belfor.

Belfor in Nanaimo came to our rescue after a toilet tank burst flooding surrounding rooms and floor below. The whole process from drying out to cleaning up was smooth and professional. Each team member was pleasant , polite and showed up when they said they would ! They were accommodating with our schedule and the job was done efficiently. Looked brand new upon completion. All questions and concerns were addressed punctually by Brittany. Would highly recommend Belfor !
