We went through an incredibly difficult time with our dog, Callie, who developed fast and aggressive glaucoma and needed two eye removal surgeries. It was one of the scariest experiences we’ve had as pet owners. From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing. They reassured us every step of the way, took the time to answer our questions, and showed so much patience — not just with us, but with Callie while she was going through so much. Both surgeries went very well, and she has healed beautifully. Most importantly, our big gentle giant is finally out of the constant pain she was living with, and we can’t express how much that means to us. They also showed a lot of understanding and compassion when it came to the financial side of things, which made a hard situation a little more manageable. We are so grateful for the care, kindness, and support we received. Thank you for helping our girl get her quality of life back.💓💓
worst service we've ever gotten. I don't know what kind of vet tech makes the owner put on the gloves and do the exam plus weigh the cat in their bag it came in. I thought these people were supposed to be experienced at working with animals. I wouldn't recommend this place to somebody who doesn't like their animal and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to somebody who cares about their animal and a posting is because the lady at the front desk told me to
They are WONDERFUL. we returned after moving. The staff and Dr.s have been so good to all of our guys. Sorry we left .We are very happy we are back and accepted with what you might say open arms. Thank again for being the team you are.
