“It was my birthday and I wanted a spa treatment together with my husband and so I booked the Royal Package with a couple's suite and had an amazing time of relaxation here. We greatly enjoyed the whole experience right from reception to the steam, lounge and 100 minutes massage. Pamela did a fantastic job since I really needed a deep tissue massage due to working out almost on a daily basis. I can take extreme pressure and Pamela was very accommodating to the amount of pressure I needed. It was truly a great day spent at the spa.“

“This review is specifically regarding my experience with Kari for laser hair removal. I’m fairly sure that all of my appointments have been with a different staff member and this last time I went, Kari was my technician. I felt SO comfortable with her. She was super thorough and careful, I didn’t feel rushed... She was very kind. I had hoped I could book with her again, but when I went to schedule over the phone the I was told Kari was a temp month replacement…whaaat? That was very unusual because she (Kari) mentioned to me she’d be there for my next appointment. I had looked forward to it and even went home telling my partner how great of an experience I had. After reading these other reviews too, I hope Spa Tru will bring back Kari! You’ve lost a great employee if not. I’m hopeful someone will let me know where she went to!“
