During a recent massage, I left behind a very sentimental ring, something that means everything to me. I was devastated. By the time I realized, the salon was closed.
Paula reached out to me first thing in the morning, before opening. She searched high and low, multiple times, and found it!! She went above and beyond to help me, and her communication was outstanding throughout.
