This review is specifically regarding my experience with Kari for laser hair removal. I’m fairly sure that all of my appointments have been with a different staff member and this last time I went, Kari was my technician. I felt SO comfortable with her. She was super thorough and careful, I didn’t feel rushed... She was very kind. I had hoped I could book with her again, but when I went to schedule over the phone the I was told Kari was a temp month replacement…whaaat? That was very unusual because she (Kari) mentioned to me she’d be there for my next appointment. Had a facial peel with Sanya today and it was wonderful! She had the perfect touch to relax me when doing both the peel procedure and the massage that goes with it. I was very impressed and very happy!

I had my treatment with Kari today and she is amazing! Aside from being knowledgeable, she is very gentle but thoroughly did my treatment today. She cared how I feel and made me feel comfortable during the session. I was too worried about the schedule of my next appointment, but she find ways on how to fit my schedule to her schedule without sacrificing the schedule of her other clients. She is the kind of person who I will keep seeing at Spa Tru Langley. I am so glad that she is this location!
