Today was my first visit ever and I was very impressed with this spa. Booking online was easy and was promptly sent confirmation via text and email. I was able to get in at time that worked for me and the staff was very pleasant to speak with; a welcoming arrival. The spa is luxurious. Shirley waxed my brows flawlessly and I’ve never had a more enjoyable experience - in the past at other locations I have been burned or the wax job was horrible. This was next to pain free! Shirley also tinted my eyebrows and lashes - I had no idea there were so many colour options! She made me my own blend - wow - and it looks fantastic. I enjoyed the company of the staff and they went above and beyond (offered a water bottle to go and a comfy plush blanket while getting my treatment). I’ve never felt so well taken care of during a visit to the spa. There was no upselling and my treatment was not rushed. Care and attention to detail spoke volumes and I will be a returning client.
