“I can't say enough nice things about this Salon. The place itself is so warm and inviting. The owner has done a beautiful job decorating its. Chelsea who i try to see regularly is such a beautiful soul. Thry do book up quickly so keep that in mind. I have been to a few other girls there- Sara And Chanice and others for wash and blow out services- all the staff is super nice and i would also like to mention Shae- front desk - another amazing person. Always polite smiling and warm. I think there is a Jessica at the front who is nice too.“

She personally reached out, sincerely apologized, took responsibility for the situation, and offered to personally fix my hair. She also gave me a full refund for my previous service, which I really appreciated.

When I came back, she personally took care of my hair and even stayed a little late to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate how much effort and care she put into making things right. She was understanding, patient, and genuinely wanted me to leave happy.
