If you know you know. Nicole has made this space and the experience top notch. You feel cared for when you step through the gate, walk past the flowers and into the comfortable and clean space with a cozy warm bed to relax. She has the knowledge to help keep your skin healthy and the facials are amazing. This is the spa like experience with you may need amongst the hustle of life. Highly recommend Nicole.
The GVH has taken great care of our cats over the years. One of them had a sudden life-threatening illness on a Friday afternoon recently and the vets & staff were supremely helpful. They took my observations seriously, confirmed the problem quickly, explained all the options, and provided all the information and supplies so I could take care of him at home overnight instead of transporting him to the hospital in Vancouver. Very good communicators and I'm grateful for the quality care.
