Dr MacGregor clearly loves animals. She very quickly gained my dogs trust and ours as well. Her knowledge is vast, and her wound management practiced and sure. I am so grateful for her help. The front end staff are friendly and helpful and the vet assistant clearly takes great pride in doing her job well.
Dr. MacGregor was excellent with my parrot! We were scared to bring our parrot, George, in initially due to how stressed he can get in his little backpack. Immediately upon arrival, they had took us into the cat room since it was quieter, which helped adapt him a lot (he even started making his funny mimicking noises!)
Dr. MacGregor was great with George, talking to him and holding eye contact. She was also super great with us, explaining what she was doing and how, which is always great when it comes to your pets!
Overall a positive experience and it’s safe to say we found a good vet for George, thank you!
