“We’ve always had excellent service from Prab at Blueshore mechanical. He made worked late after a very busy day when we couldn’t find anyone else to fix our burst pipes. He handled all the plumbing for our kitchen Reno and returned at the drop of a hat to install our new gas stove after it finally arrived a year and a half later. Most recently he and a another colleague helped install our hot water tank. We’ve been very happy with all the work and his timely responses to our many questions. “Running toilet on Main floor. Family from Australia arriving in 2 days to stay in guest room main floor. Bought fill valve assembly from RONA went to install and was not able to shut off water to toilet, faulty valve, of course it would be a Friday afternoon, typical. Called Doty plumbing, arrived within 15 minutes, crawled into crawl space to locate main H2O shut off. Replaced faulty valve to toilet installed new fill valve assembly all under an hour took a peak at a couple of other plumbing issues I was having gave me some guidance. “I’ve called on PJB a number of times the last few years and they’ve always done excellent work. That being said, during their last visit at my home, I asked them to scope my drain to the city connection and provide a copy of the video footage and Dan promised me that they would send it once the machine arrived back at their office. After a number of requests, I still haven’t received what I was promised. Although they do good work, there seems to be little follow through once they’re paid and gone. I’ll have to consider another plumbing outfit next time.“
