“Sunday morning started feeling dizzy for no reason and could not drive. Soon become very nauseous and had to lie down all day. Two vomiting and diarrhea in the evening, still not able to get up even to drink water. Body temperature was normal so decided not to go Emergency. Called family doctor on Monday and diagnosed with possible bacteria infection but no medication to ease the symptoms except “drink electrolyte and rest”.
