Eric was great,and the owner/operator Dennis really stepped up to the plate. They were super apologetic and came out same day to pick up the door,and they're gonna return i tomorrow,!! Further more, Dennis said he's gonna give me the top of the line handle assembly!?? I very happy with their service. And would recommend to anyone. Mistakes happen.
