Early Sunday morning as in 2:05 am our system started to beep ...we finally figured out 5 hrs later how to make that stop .... but could not get the trouble light to go out. luckily for us the home show was in progress in Qualicum. Ron went out of his way to help us followed us home and then got the big boss(Marc) on the phone and got the problem solved ... to all out there while Rogers/Shaw is converting copper to fibre optics this may lead to others having a similar occurance... and to all those out there who want a security system these guys are top notch...thanks again for going above and beyond and on a Sunday .

Had a great first experience at United Floors. The store is beautifully set up. We went in to look for flooring and tile and they had a wide selection in each and Martin was an amazing help! I was having a hard time finding an attractive, safe, comfortable way to finish interior stairs with wood flooring.
These guys had beautiful titanium, stair nosing, which met all of my requirements, and found someone to install it on very short notice.
The stairs look amazing, the service was fabulous. Very pleased with the project.
The paint lady was super helpful, got all my paint there and the colour was perfect!
Alan and Caleb at Top Island Construction just finished up a large (for us) reno that consisted of completely tearing down a large concrete deck and the storage room built underneath it to replace with a completely new vinyl deck, and refinishing the exterior house wall under it. We are extremely pleased with all aspects! They did a phenomenal job with the construction and craftmanship. They were both highly knowledgeable and honest about required adjustments as the project went along. Alan was also very cognizant of sticking to the quoted price he provided, and was able to stay within that quote even with a few unexpected extras that popped up. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed our project in a very timely manner. And to top it off - they are both really great guys on a personal level. We absolutely will hire them back for future projects and HIGHLY recommend them.

We’ve had these ‘guys’ do a perimeter spray for ants as a preventative measure for several yrs now. ( first time we had ants big time!) Sugars and carpenters. Awesome service, very friendly staff who make sure they get any extra spots we may have seen them. Most importantly, no more ants! Recommend ++
He came in the spring and fought back the ONSLAUGHT of ants. We were under attack but he fixed their little wagons. We are STILL finding dead ants who fought past the deadly perimeter only to succumb shortly after gaining entry. That's on me because he told me to cut back tree branches that were touching our roof which I immediately didn't do. When I got around to it a week ago, there were, quite literally, a thousand ants using the branches as a bridge. Now that I listened to him and did some high pruning....nothing. This is the kind of guy that makes you wish he had a brother in plumbing and one in electrical and one in..... He also solved a weevil problem over the phone in 30 seconds. If you need a 'pest guy' this is he.
These guys are great to deal with. Very prompt and responsive with calls and timing to look at my crawl space. I was provided updates with every visit. They were very thorough and diligent. Highly recommend them!
My initial visit was excellent. Dr. Tandrea took the time to really listen to me about where I was experiencing pain and what I was feeling. She treated the area based on what she believed I needed, and the results were outstanding. I left feeling so much better and very impressed with her care.

We absolutely love Dr. Fay and the staff. They are incredibly passionate and caring about their clients. We've had 2 medical emergencies for 2 different dogs and live very remote. Dr. Fay and her staff went above and beyond to take care of our dogs. I highly recommend. I have never met a vet who is incredibly kind and understanding, straight forward and honest.
Just started going and so happy I did. I'm really feeling relaxed and less sore during and after each session. This is such a great experience for me.
Maggie is fantastic. She asked questions about areas of pain and discomfort, gave explanations and theories as to how those issues could jane developed and walked me through her massage plan for that session before beginning. I will absolutely be booking with Maggie again.
