Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was a good selection of several types of flooring and area rugs. I checked pricing at other places for similar flooring and found it to be either comparable or better.I especially like that I never felt rushed and all my questions were fully answered and they were answered honestly and correctly including many questions I had on installing the flooring.
