We had to make an emergency visit after hours a couple weeks ago, all the staff members we dealt with were fantastic very knowledgeable but more importantly caring to both us and our furry baby. Coastland was also very transparent on what the costs would be up front from the initial phone call being told what the after hours fees would be to a breakdown before any treatment was started so we knew what to expect and there were no surprises. When we picked up our cat there was a detailed going home care plan and we knew what to watch for we also received a call two days afterwards checking in. I so highly recommend!

They took in my girl chloe even though she's not a patient. They made time for her emergency surgery. They were so kind to her. Supportive of me lol and came in well under the estimate its clear they care about our fur babies if i could give a 10 i would.

Extremely friendly and helpful. I was in Canada traveling by RV with my pup, and he started having problems. My home vet needed a test, and they worked with me and my local vet to make it happen without breaking any regulations. They are awesome.pup is good. Would recommend to everyone.Thank you to all the staff.
