I have seen Steven 5 times - going once a week for the past 5 weeks, as I knew from past experience that it takes several sessions of acupuncture for it to really be effective. I had issues with my left hip/glute. Throughout the past 5 weeks it has become more flexible and free and he’s also provided other resources to encourage more flexibility and range of motion. He’s a wonderful practitioner with a very calm and comforting demeanour. I highly recommended him.

I honestly didn’t realize how much tension I had built up in my back until this session. My last massage with Kyle was during the first week of July, just before the Tug of War tournament, and unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to come back until now.
This time, we discovered there was a LOT more going on with my back than I expected. I had so much tension built up in different areas, and Kyle did a tremendous job working through it all.
