Forge health is a little health centre tucked away and not easily seen from the main road. There are massage therapists, physio, etc.. There is Free parking at Rev’s Bowling which is a short walk along a path between Rev’s and Forge. I see Dr. Larissa Van As ( naturopath) and she is awesome. She is young and very easy to talk to. I like her because she doesn’t try to upsell anything. So far so good. Staff is friendly here and the place is kept clean. Friendly receptionist too!
I’ve been coming to this place on and off for nearly ten years. My first experience was with Hamid, who helped me recover from a car accident / back injury. I also worked with Jeff over multiple sessions to strengthen weak areas related to soccer and skiing.
Most recently, I saw Stefan for a high ankle sprain. After about 7 sessions, he got me back on the field feeling better than ever.
I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for any physical issue you’re dealing with 💪
