I have been seeing physiotherapist, Christopher Wong since my car accident. He is a good listener, explains things clearly, very dedicated, shows me what exercises to do to rehab my shoulder and neck, together with massages in those areas, very effective. I would highly recommend him. The staff at the front desk is friendly; excellent staff at Launch Rehab, Burnaby.

I had such a great experience at Launch Rehab, especially with Wen. When I first started treatment, I couldn’t even raise my right arm because of my shoulder injury. Wen was incredibly caring, responsible, and professional throughout my recovery.

He really took the time to understand my condition, listen to my concerns, and guide me through the recovery process with so much patience and care. Not only is he excellent at what he does, but his kindness and supportive personality made a huge difference in my experience.

The entire clinic is wonderful as well. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I had a wonderful time at Launch Rehab North Burnaby! The facility was very clean, there was a wide variety of equipment, and the front staff were so hospitable and kind.

Ravi was an amazing physiotherapist and guided me in a stellar recovery over the short time frame of 6-7 weeks. He helped me return to sports and hiking within a few weeks of my initial ankle sprain and regain my confidence.

I would HIGHLY recommend Launch Rehab North Burnaby to EVERYONE, this is an amazing team!!
