Went to see Elisa as I was having some back problems from working from home and sitting all day. She suggested different exercises I could do and the correct way to sit while sitting at my desk . Ive been seeing her once a week for a few months now and I’ve seen significant improvement in my posture and overall I’m really happy with my experience and my fitness results . Elisa is very knowledgeable, kind and cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain the correct posture and way to do each exercise which has helped me apply what I’ve learned outside our sessions Can’t recommend her and the clinic enough, will be back for more sessions !
