He coordinates top-tier subcontractors; a special shout-out to Bright, who did a phenomenal job installing our new floors. The entire space has been transformed with beautifully painted ceilings and walls, fresh carpet installation, and a gorgeous new fireplace complete with a custom maple mantle. We especially appreciated the extra touches Al suggested, like updating the staircase railings in matching maple and staining them the exact same color. It ties everything together and looks incredibly sleek and modern.

From the start of the project to the final delivery, it was truly a pleasure working with them. Our bathroom renovation was relatively straightforward, but the Image to Reality team took every opportunity to make sure the details were just right. They helped us choose tiles, the bathtub, fixtures, and fittings, and they took the time to ensure we were completely happy with every decision.

The tradespeople they brought in for specialty work, like tiling, were incredible. They often worked overtime to help move the project along since we only have one bathroom in the house. The quality of the installation, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the final finish were all excellent.

What impressed me most about the team was their communication. Almost every day I received updates about what was happening, when things would be completed, and any potential delays we might expect. That level of transparency made the whole process much easier and less stressful.

I’d also like to thank them for going above and beyond with a few small things around the house. For example, they noticed that one of my doors wasn’t hanging properly and offered to fix it while they were already there. I don’t have many tools, so I really appreciated them taking the time to sort that out quickly, and they didn’t even charge for it.

When we first received quotes for the project, Image to Reality came in right in the middle price-wise. Their pricing was very fair and in line with the industry. Ultimately, the reason we chose them was because of their excellent communication from the beginning, the collaborative approach, and the genuine sense that we were working directly with owners who truly cared about making sure our project was a success.

In 2024, we hired Pacific United Contracting, for some interior painting of our kitchen and family room. They did such an amazing job, so we hired them again this summer to paint the exterior of our house.

Behar and his team are very genuine and kind hearted men.
Behar is very professional, with going over all details that need to be done and writing up a contract… he is very meticulous to every detail. He takes his time and does not rush the work to complete a project. He takes a lot of pride in what he does.
Any requests we had, he was very open to doing and honest if there would be an additional charge, if it was outside of the contract.

We look forward to using them in our next project! I highly recommend them and would give them 10 star review if I could.

“Magnum Construction renovated our kitchen from ordinary and outdated to Wow! Yosef had some great ideas that we would have never come up with on our own to help us get the space and function we wanted. We removed one window, made another one bigger, expanded all the counters, and installed new cupboards to the ceiling. We added additional pot lights, lights inside beautiful, frosted glass-fronted cupboards, and along with amazing under-the-cabinet lighting, they all worked together to change the feel of the entire space. When things were not quite right, Yosef fixed them in a timely manner without complaint. Yosef was super receptive to our input, responded quickly and in detail to our myriad of questions, and was always pleasant and professional. Magnum Construction was very affordable, kept the project on schedule, and did quality work. Not only have we recommended Magnum Construction to friends, but we also hope to use them again for additional home renovations. It’s nice to find a local contractor who is reliable, trustworthy, conscientious, and personable.“
