“I can't say enough good things about Commercial Cleaning and Restoration, Tucson, AZ! From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had major water damage due to copper pipe leaks in the slab of our home, and they arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and got to work immediately. Manny Rivera (owner) was on site the next morning to assess the damage and give cleaning and restoration estimates. The restoration process was smooth and efficient, and they kept us informed every step of the way.

What really stood out was their attention to detail—not only did they clean and restore the affected areas, but they also made sure everything was sanitized and safe for our family. The crew was respectful of our home and treated it like their own. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine care, but CCR absolutely delivered. Great communication from front office and project director. They worked with my insurance company seamlessly to take the load off of us. Their techs are top notch. “A plumber found a leak in the wall of the kitchen behind the sink, turned off the water and called Steamy Concepts. The plumber told us the problem was serious and the solution would probably require a month without our kitchen. We didn't know where to start or how to proceed. Paul from Steamy Concepts called me five minutes later and was in our home about 10 minutes later. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and that insurance would pay for the work. We agreed and he called our insurance company, with us on the phone, to begin a claim. 15 minutes later, the claim was made. He said a team would be at our home the next day at 8:00 a.m. and he would come by to make sure the work proceeded correctly. All of that happened (which is rare in my experience). In fact, the demo/removal work was completed that day. I was able to reach Paul by phone or text whenever I had a question or concern. He also kept in touch with the plumber to coordinate work. This is service above and beyond. I would give him six stars.“

While others were saying they couldn’t help for a couple weeks and it would be a 2 day job, Steve saw the urgency on the day of his estimate…and replaced our skylight within a couple hours! Goodfellas AC in Tucson are AMAZING! Their response was immediate, the price reasonable for an entire system replacement (all electric AC with outdoor compressor). Their teams were prompt, efficient, clean and thorough throughout the installation process, even when running into a problem created by the previous 25 year old install. They demonstrated concern for my wellbeing and graciousness above and beyond, and were super patient showing me how to work the new and improved controls so I would be comfortable.

Special mention and EXTRA Kudos to Cole and Josh who resolved a single adjustment needed to keep my home perfectly cooled.

I can confidently recommend Goodfellas AC in Tucson to my friends and family and would call them again in a heartbeat! They really should be called the Greatfellas, or maybe the most awesome, exceptionally wonderfulFellas! Probably too much to put on a business card, though.
