We had major water damage due to copper pipe leaks in the slab of our home, and they arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and got to work immediately. Manny Rivera (owner) was on site the next morning to assess the damage and give cleaning and restoration estimates. “Great experience, I originally signed up for a clean and seal but they explained to me that the previous owner or builder used a color sealer so the light colored grout I was hoping would show wasn't going to happen and I'd see differences where the color wore off and the og grout showed through.

I still went through with the cleaning and it made a ton of difference, I then went over with a new colored sealer I got from Lowes. Love how it turned out and I felt good about sealing the CLEAN grout and not sealing in years of dirt haha. I paid $135 for almost 450 sq feet and I felt it was a good value! I'd use them again.“
