Recent reviews highlight the quality of their carpet cleaning. One customer mentioned that four rooms were cleaned with pre-treatment, and the carpets now look like new, with steam cleaning that was appreciated. The technician also cleaned the tile with a mop and provided booties to keep the carpet clean while drying. Ronnie, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. Another customer praised Anthony for being on time, friendly, professional, and taking his time despite the late hour, resulting in excellent cleaning results. A third customer noted that the representative arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and answered their questions thoroughly, recommending the service to others.
T&T helped me fix a leak that damaged my entire bathroom and bedroom. Within the same hour of discovering the leak, Iric was at my house to help with everything from insurance to taking out the damaged flooring/fixtures. Daniel helped get the rooms repaired and looking better than new. They have my highest recommendation.
I hope no one ever needs this service - water within your walls! But if you do, these are the guys to call. They were thorough in removing the damaged wall, and clean up was exceptional. Like brand new. Above and beyond.
