Excellent service all around: Frank was always positive and professional, patient with my questions, and easy to schedule. I appreciated the reminder message then and when he was coming- right on time! He did a very thorough job on all five rooms, making our twelve year-old carpet look new. Frank was very friendly and communicated when the job was confirmed as well when he was on the way to my home. He did a great job and my upholstery has never looked better. He took great caution as to the type of material my couch was and made sure I understood what needed to do happen.
