Had a leak from our shower pipe and it leaked for some time before we noticed it, We called Steamy Concepts and they sent out a supervisor and determined that it would need to be dried out and remove the mold that was present. The workers were young men and ladies who were exceptional very polite and were well versed on clean work areas. At the close of work daily they cleaned up the area and ensured they left no dust or mess before they left, actually sweeping and mopping the floors as they left. You would not know we were having remodeling done. I was given a time frame for the work to be done and it was within reason. They referred me to Royal Renovation's for the remodeling work.
I had a great experience with Steamy Concept! I was able to book my appointment and get seen the same day—about an hour and a half later, which was super convenient. The gentleman on the phone was also very kind and helped me with all my questions. My technician, Austin, was very kind and did an amazing job. He removed some really tough stains and helped me choose the right plan for my carpet needs. I’ll 100% be booking with them again. Timely, friendly, and incredibly convenient!
