This is my first time using Zerorez to clean my carpet and area rugs. Mark gave me a quote on the area rugs which was a great price. They came out beautiful. Our carpet is back to looking new. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
Zerorez is AMAZING, as always!! Not only do I use them for my house, I use them for my classroom as well. My classroom rugs and carpet get soooooo much cleaner with Zerorez and I love knowing that my students will have a nice clean space to learn in when school starts in August!
On time, very kind and experienced technicians. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars was the price. More hidden fees than expected, was 20 dollars over the quote that I agreed to pay. One 8x10 area rug with mild pet stains (their assessment) was 200 dollars.
