My husband and I have been traveling 25 minutes each direction to see Sharla at Espirit Pilates. It is so worth the drive! Sharla knows how to keep our bodies safe and make them stronger. My husband has been working on his flexibility and I am working on my overall strength. We feel wonderful after our sessions and that good feeling lasts. Sharla is also great at CranialSacral therapy and is training to be a master of the craft. We are happy we found this gem in Tempe!
