“I am nearly 11 weeks post-op and very happy with my results. My vision is 20/20, but I have light sensitivity in the sun and halos on street lights at night (your vision will take 3-6 months to settle). I found out about the Lasik Vision Institute through my insurance, which saved me a few hundred dollars on my procedure. The staff at both offices were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule my procedure within a week of my consult. The only thing I would do differently is take the valium as soon as possible prior to procedure because it definitely didn't kick in enough before I got on the table, which made me panic a lil bit. The surgeon was cool and the surgery took less than 10 minutes I think, it was so fast! I only had pain in one eye for a few hours after the surgery, which went away with ibuprofen. I am very grateful for the 90 days of free checkups, because I went back a couple weeks after surgery just to calm my worries about preventing infection and itchiness. I genuinely recommend the Institute to coworkers and friends because of the positive experience I had. It's amazing being able to see without glasses/contacts again!!!“

“This particular nationwide office is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Getting checked in was easy. The paperwork was short.

The first technician was caring and funny. He made me feel comfortable even when it was time to put the puff of air in my eye (eeeep.)

Dr. Sandburg was wonderful. She was calm and patient taking time to make sure I got the exact right prescription.

I picked out a few pair of glasses, but had a little difficulty making a finalized decision. Jonathan help me pick not only the best frames for my face, that work best with my prescription. He took care getting the proper measurements so that I would have an easy time with the progressives. I had tried progressive before and hadn’t had luck.

My glasses came back right the first time and in a timely manner. They fit perfectly and greatly improved my vision.

The entire staff was awesome. Everybody I had met with took their time and make sure their job was done so that I ended up seeing so much better when I picked up my final glasses. Clearly I’ll visit this office when it’s time for glasses again. It’s easy to see that everyone there cares. In hindsight, I’m glad I chose this particular nationwide vision because I had a wonderful visit.“
