5/5!I had a really bad experience at a competitor, bad enough I walked out without an exam they were rude as if I was bothering. I walked in to EYEGLASS WORLD it was a whole new experience. I was greeted I was properly explained every detail. Speedy service but not rushed, I felt welcomed. Actually the General Manager helped me out. (which you never see happen they are usually "too busy to engage with customers")I would for sure be back for my next appointment and will be referring my friends and family.Thank you guys!

Kate was absolutely amazing and I’m so grateful she was there — in all the years I’ve been wearing and consequently having to replace glasses I’ve never met someone that was as knowledgeable and enthusiastic AND more than happy to take the time to help me find the perfect frames so fast! Shopping for glasses is usually the most stressful experience to me and with Kate I found that I was genuinely enjoying the endeavor. Then, to top it off, James had my glasses done and ready to be picked up faster than I could have ever imagined possible! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Kristi was very friendly and helpful. James was very skilled and professional. Kate went above and beyond my expectations. She provided outstanding customer service with great knowledge and expertise. I had major problems regarding glasses & contact lenses which she provided immediate solutions for.
