“I had Arizona Home Floors remove my pool deck and painted patio and remove tile from my front steps. I decided to use them versus a pool contractor because they were dustless and pool contractors said there was going to be a lot of dust in the air which could blow into neighbors yards.
My lead technician Rogelio and his crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Really, there was no dust! All the pool deck texture, paint and tile were removed down to the bare concrete. “We had an overall positive experience with McCurdy Construction on the remodel of our master bathroom. In our opinion, the quality of the workmanship and materials was top notch. The design phase with Kaitlyn was clear, pleasant, and insightful. The team that worked on our project - Anthony, Zach, Eric, and all of the others - were polite, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. We felt like they were up-front with us when issues came up and give us a clear picture of our options. They were respectful of our home, taking the time to protect the areas that they were working in. We have been very pleased with the final outcome.

Our only critiques are that communication was challenging at the beginning of the project, as we were promised an initial bid within two weeks' time. That didn't happen, and it was difficult to establish regular, reliable communication. It was also estimated when the construction phase on our project began in early January that it would be completed by the end of February, perhaps spilling into March a bit. There were long stretches were no work or minimal work occurred, and the project was completed in May. This was longer than we were anticipating and created some challenges for our family.

Overall, we were happy with the outcome and would use them again when the need or situation arises.

**2025 update: they just completed a renovation on a second full bathroom in our home. Went very smooth - they were timely, reliable, communicative and thorough. Even more so than the first bathroom. We're very happy with the outcome, and with McCurdy overall!“
