“Wowser, What a do! Top marks for Tee, a savvy and very capable stylist. Such a lovely experience tonight - and a surprise hairdressing talent to add to my books. I'm new to the area, and my neighbor is a regular here and raves about the nice job they do. I needed a 1930's daytime "Mom do," for an acting class scene. I called up, last minute on a Friday afternoon, in hopes someone might, maybe, be able to give my hair a little something. The person who answered the phone greeted me enthusiastically, and wasn't fazed at all by my request, nor the last minute nature of it. I arrived to a cheery welcome from all the staff, and was immediately treat to a proper hair wash, and gentle, but thoroughly rinsed scalp, using Redkin products. Wonderful experience: Speedy, deft and no drama, and the hair result? Excellent. You can see for yourself, my hair not only looks terrific, it really is a 1930's style, with beautifully coifed bangs and all. Tee was lovely to speak with, and not only knew what I meant, but delivered in no time at all. Great fun - I just need to add make-up and do my own thing - what more could you ask for? I'm thrilled with Tee's service - and the end-of-the day energy from everyone was lovely. The staff clearly get along, and liked having people in. I can't wait to go back again for another treatment. Halloween events and Holiday occasions are approaching - Based on this experience, and my understanding of her skills, I think you'll really enjoy having Tee come up with something amazing for you - I'll definitely be back soon, to try her range of hair expertise and I'll be sure to update.“

“The vibe - I had a bad experience booking my reservation but have heard no one can find good help nowadays; receptionist was rude upon arrival and clearly doesn't understand the difference between ombre, partial weave and or highlights without bleach. Let alone quote an estimate. Salon Service - gossiping about customers between the stylist and receptionist was obvious and unprofessional. Seriously. Quality of service - it was okay but not what I wanted; tried this place five times with two different stylists. First stylist was part-time and unsure of herself so I booked with another stylist who appeared confident but does not follow instructions and wanted me to return if I did not like it. Hmm I just spent 3 hours sitting in a chair to find out you did what you wanted to do because you don't have the heart to admit you don't know how to achieve the look a client wants? No, no, no -- I will not return, you had plenty of time to figure it out. If you don't know or you too are not sure how to do what a client asks for, ASK someone experienced to step in. Geez the nerve. It's not even about the money. It's about the time I took to be there and wait time to look forward to seeing the results I wanted. Last thing I want to hear is come back and let me try again. 4-stars is generous considering I will not be back. They won't ruin your hair but they will not do what you want either.“

“Absolutely love this place! I'm from California and moved here about 2 years ago. I was struggling and terrified to find a stylist out here as I've only ever gone to one other stylist back in CA. I was able to get a last minute appointment in with Mackenzie. I asked for a partial balayage with a hair cut and showed her some inspiration photos. She did an amazing job! She took her time with my hair and was very receptive of everything that I wanted done to my hair. I'm very, very skeptical of trying new salons so I am so glad I found this place! Prices may be a tiny bit pricier than some other salons but they do an amazing job and you absolutely get what you pay for so it is well worth it. I paid $305 for a haircut and a partial balayage with root smudging, gloss/toner, and additional lightener. I highly recommend this place. Everyone there was very friendly and Mackenzie is awesome!“
