He did a superb installation during these tough times with COVID-19 on our failing 20 year old HVAC system. Even when there was an unforeseen product backorder he worked around it and made sure were were comfortable with AC through that process and even came back at no charge to adjust air flow. When the product finally arrived he was quick to get it installed and truly a pleasure to deal with at every turn. I especially liked how he was understanding and conscientious with his COVID precautions because of my underlying health problems that put me at risk.
