Outstanding service and extremely helpful. We had the heat go out in the evening. Called Jeremy and he squeezed us in to a full schedule the very next day! He made sure it was fixed and working. We are now so warm and happy. Thank you for Jeremy! Love the way you run your business!!

We decided after last winter that we need an HVAC system that's not going to cost a small fortune to heat & cool our home in Pine, AZ. After hearing nothing but great things about Jerry Pratt of Pratt Heating & Cooling, I contacted the number I had . Mr. Pratt himself contacted me quickly and we set up a time to have his technicians come out and evaluate our needs . Technicians Collin and Jake arrived right on time and were two of the nicest and most professional people I have met in a very long time. Within 20 minutes of taking measurements and studying my electrical needs we landed on a system that would be perfect for our needs. Jeremy, Jerry's son composed the estimate and it arrived via email promptly. We called and arranged the install date and time. Collin and Jake arrived precisely on time and prepared, went straight to work. The install was awesome, clean and the workmanship excellent. They left the job as clean as it was when they began work and took time to explain the workings of the system, operation of the remote control and all pertinent info. They were genuinely happy we were getting an efficient great system. Bottom line; Great people all around, very honest and caring. excellent workmanship, fair prices and the follow ups afterward were impressive, very knowledgeable and efficient. I won't use any other HVAC outfit but this great contractor.
