We had our small propane heating stove serviced. He came within four hours, which was great but system sent a text that he’d be here in 15 minutes so we waited to go get lunch… after an hour plus - I called to see if he was still coming and they said yes, so my husband went and got lunch and the service tech came right after he got back. It took him less than 15 minutes to fix the problem with the pilot light so $155 seemed high to me but I’m sure that is their minimum for a service call. Guy was extremely nice and efficient which I appreciate.

Never a good day to come home to a burst copper pipe coming off the water heater! One call and George Henry's was at my door literally in 10 minutes. The pipe was replaced and the water mess was even cleaned up. 5 stars for George Henrys!

Rick installed a new computer board for my heat pump. Did a great job. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The office ladies are easy to work with and very professional.
