Kyle showed up on time. He was very professional and took the time to explain what our A/C problem was and even showed me the part that wasn't working properly. He also stated that he would check if the failed part was still under manufacture warranty. Either way the Part is being ordered and he will be installing the new part soon. George Henry's is our go to from now on.
We called George Henry for a second opinion after receiving the shocking news that our four year old heat pump needed a new compressor. Even though it was under warranty the first company we called said labor would cost us $2950.00 to replace it and our warranty would be void on the compressor. George Henry sent out a technician. Dylan was very thorough and found nothing wrong. We couldn't get our heater to come on and it was simply a setting on our computerized thermostat that needed adjusting. We really appreciated his honesty.
