It's always great when you can find a Payson company that really listens to what you want, has products that meet your need, are reputable and local, and treat you like a friend. We found all of these traits with O'Connor. We had an over 25-year-old, inefficient forced air propane heating and separate air condition systems and were waiting for one or both to fail. After a lot of research and successful experience with Home Heat Pump heating and cooling in Massachusetts where the winter temps are frequently in the teens and minus zero for days at a time, I was sure a Mitsubishi system would work just as well here in Payson.
