Our call was answered by Dyonna, and when we asked if she could help, she told us to hurry in and she would take care of us. She was efficient in seeing us both, was great with meeting our energy as we chatted and joked, and turned out work which was exactly what we were hoping to get. My brother has had tattoos before, but it was my first experience. Dyonna checked in with me through the process, making sure I was doing okay with each step.
