Surely, I don't have the most complicated vision needs. But, many years ago, a doctor described my optic nerves as "gnarly." She was a great doc and provided great care.

I was sad when she retired. I spent years searching for care as competent and never found one until I chanced upon Dr. Wong at Tatum Eye Care.

She is thorough, polite, and professional. Plus: she listens and doesn't diminish anything I bring up. She addressed all of my concerns and communicated in plain language instead of "doctor speak."

I'm so happy to have finally found a trustworthy professional to care for my vision needs. Hopefully, for many years to come.“

“Dr. Michelle is thorough, professional, and explains in detail what each test is looking for; what's good, what's bad, and what needs watching. My wife and I have been going here for years. We will not go elsewhere and refer all our friends to North Valley Eye Care. My Primary Care Doctor is always looking for the best Medical Professionals to refer his patients to and the first one on my referral list was, and is, Dr. Michelle. I have NEVER had a problem making an appointment with North Valley. I typically schedule my appointments 2 months in advance for a full and complete eye exam. A couple years ago, and just a few months after my annual exam, I had an eye injury that resulted in a visual floater. Dr. Michelle saw me within 24 hours, ran what was normally my full and complete eye exam, which takes about 45 minutes maybe to an hour, and no waiting in the foyer. She gave me a detailed rundown on what happened, why I had the floater, and potential paths I could opt to choose moving forward. While other eye professionals will dilate your eyes to complete a thorough and comprehensive exam, North Valley can perform that same deep eye exam with a highly specialized machine that requires no eye dilation. That translates to being able to head right back to work, play, or your honey-do list even in the middle of the summer in Phoenix. If you are looking for a consummate professional that cares about their patients then you need look no further. Dr. Michelle is amazing!!! I've never been seen by Dr. Justine, I think my wife may have one time, but I'd bet he's just as amazing.“

I have a fear with the eye pressure test, I was relieved when I found out it wasn't the air being blown in, but once I realized now I was having something touch my eyeballs, I went into panic mode.
