Enrique is amazing! Over the last few years, he has saved my old Macbook Pro from liquid damage, diagnosed a few other things, and has kept my laptop running for the past several years whenever there's an issue. I just spoke to Enrique on the phone about the devastation of losing all my photos and videos because I accidentally deleted them off the iCloud and even though he couldn’t help me with that type of data recovery himself, he directed me to someone he knows and trusts who might AND he stayed on the phone with me for 15mins walking me through my Mac and making sure we checked all folders first before sending me to someone else.
