Did exactly what I needed - replaced the keyboard on my laptop, a truly challenging task with many microscopic parts - I balked at the job despite being an electronic engineer, not wanting to learn on an important machine. Despite being true computer jocks they were pleasant and easy to work with. I'll be back . . .

We were hacked and had no clue how the move forward. We 2 iPhone's, 2 iPad's and 2 MacBooks. The technician from Helpforce first took the time to understand our concerns about financial safety and the steps we needed to take, as well as reinstalling some goggle accounts that were corrupted. We had so many setting that had to be adjusted and reconfigured that were beyond our skills. I am happy to say everything works and although we have a number of passwords to reset and companies we still need to contact, but we have a plan we understand. If I need future help they are just a phone call away.
