“Asked Matt to set up and deliver a simple computer to a friend, and show the friend how to do the simple tasks he wanted to do after delivery and getting the computer and printer connected.

The delivery went well, the tasks were understood, and printing is underway!!!

I still have to download more software and call the software companies to get it up and running.Another person I know worked directly with Microsoft since it was a Microsoft problem. Microsoft had their computer up and running within a couple of hours without having to reload everything.Shouldn't Microsoft have been contacted?“
