“Ivan was phenomenal. I brought in two older generation Apple MacBooks. I really just wanted to prolong their usability until I save enough to buy a new one. From the start he was so helpful. There were a few issues that he had to get figured out so he could start repairs - he did this quickly and ensured I knew what was going on the entire time. He made sure to get both of them working exactly how I needed them. Not only was he super sweet, he also made sure to educate me a bit so that I can get more use from them (without making me feel stupid). My laptops had a lot of private information, it was definitely nice knowing that I could trust him. I loved that prior to starting any work, he called to negotiate a fair and reasonable price. This is the only place I will be taking my business and recommending my friends & family do the same.”
