“I went to StretchLab because I was not interested in gyms or "workout places" offering classes or one-on-one trainers with questionable training/education/experience in doing what I needed. I started a year ago in the Peoria AZ location and at that time, I was barely able to get my left leg up into the car...it just wouldn't go without me lifting my leg to get in the car. I explained this to the manager at the Peoria location and she said I should stop by and see what they had to offer. I did that and did the first-time introductory session. Now, almost a year later, I have increased my flexibility far more than I could have imagined! I am on the twice-a-week plan and I have had remarkable results! They have a computerized device that actually produces data showing flexibility scores among other data points for shoulders, hips knees, ankles etc., so, I know I'm improving because I have actual measurement's. I have found my stretches to be of exceptional therapeutic value and I would highly recommend StretchLabs to anyone with mobility/flexibility concerns. The staff are highly trained, college educated in fields such as physiology, exercise science, etc. so they do truly know what they are doing! It has been a great experience working with truly professional people who produce measurable results. The cost is no more than a massage and the results ARE real and measurable. Their program is totally customized to each individual allowing me to focus on one specific problem area if need be, for the entire 50 minute session, or, I can get a general stretching. I get what I need specifically for the muscles or joints giving me problems. I'm 75 and way overweight but they have given me more flexibility than I had 20 years ago! It's been a wonderful and beneficial experience physically and mentally! Can't say enough good things about the people at my location and the program in general!!!“
