I began my stretch journey with StretchLab in March, it’s been a terrific experience that I don’t expect to stop any time soon. I enjoy at least two assisted stretches per week with Alyssa, she has not just significantly improved my range of motion but has also helped me with my strength workouts. She also has a wonderful personality! I am getting more power in my golf swing and the increased flexibility has helped me in the gym and with everyday movement. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend them, visiting them is one of the highlights of my week.
