I went to StretchLab because I was not interested in gyms or "workout places" offering classes or one-on-one trainers with questionable training/education/experience in doing what I needed. I started a year ago in the Peoria AZ location and at that time, I was barely able to get my left leg up into the car...it just wouldn't go without me lifting my leg to get in the car. I explained this to the manager at the Peoria location and she said I should stop by and see what they had to offer. I did that and did the first-time introductory session. Thoughtful, skilled, and kind staff. I visited this Stretch Lab location while I was traveling and (unsuccessfully) trying to manage debilitating hip pain. Despite not being able to purchase a plan, the owner was so kind in helping get me set up with someone who could help me -- same day. Wish this location was closer to home!

I've been seeing Isaac and Tracey for about a month. I came in with an inflamed hip flexor and serious tightness in both hips. Thanks to them, i'm moving much more easily, have more energy and look forward to continued improvement.
