“All I wanted today was to find out how much it was going to cost to replace the lens in my old frames with my new prescription. I had just left my regular office after my annual exam. The staff there had acted like they had better things to do than help me, so I drove over to Clear Vision Express for a second opinion. What a difference! I was so warmly welcomed and was helped immediately. Not only was the quote for the new lens much more affordable, but when I explained that I loved my old frames, but was worried because they were discontinued years ago, The young lady helping me excused herself for a minute and came back with a post-it note. She had found a site online selling a pair of frames that matched mine and she had written all the details for me! Finding true customer service is a rarity, but Heather went above and beyond today!
