Alvernon Optical offers an exceptional experience with courteous and professional staff. The opticians are highly skilled and knowledgeable, providing personalized help in choosing frames that fit individual faces. They take the time to understand customers' needs, offering honest feedback for a perfect fit. The store is clean and well-organized, with friendly staff who explain lens options and help find the best pair for specific jobs or lifestyles. Recently, Dr. Lewis helped a customer find a contact lens after a decade, which was a game changer. Dr. Peterson is also noted as a joy to work with. Ian assists customers in selecting frames that suit their style. Booking an appointment is easy, and most paperwork is done on a tablet. Although the selection of glasses frames is not huge, customers have not had issues finding frames they like. Alvernon Optical is highly recommended for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction, with no pressure to buy anything.
I would highly recommend Alvernon Optical and Dr Sharon Peterson. The staff and Dr Peterson were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I got a great eye examination and will be back next year. Keeping my eyes healthy is important to me.
I recently had my first visit at the Tanque Verde office of Alvernon Optical. I was impressed with the prompt professional eye care services provided, as well as the quality and range of eyewear. I recommend Alvernon Optical highly!!
Mary Silverman went above and beyond helping my husband find frames that fit his face (he has a narrow face and a short Pupil Distance. Short of using a child’s frame, she was able to quickly find at least a dozen frames that would fit his face and offered an unbiased, honest opinion about what suited him best. He was happy with the final selection and she was very patient with us throughout the whole process. Great customer service!
