Mary Silverman went above and beyond helping my husband find frames that fit his face (he has a narrow face and a short Pupil Distance. Short of using a child’s frame, she was able to quickly find at least a dozen frames that would fit his face and offered an unbiased, honest opinion about what suited him best. He was happy with the final selection and she was very patient with us throughout the whole process. Great customer service!
